Mike & Ben

 

This album is a collection of songs written by Ben Redd and Mike Desiderio.  It was recorded in 2001 at Redd Sound Studios using analog tape and ADAT digital tape.  The music is a blend of two Acoustic guitars, light percussion, bass and cello. Although, we are inclined to put this in the Folk genre, we are not so sure. Click on the links below and give it a listen.

Big Ben and the Bushmen

This is the Bushmen's second album and probably the best from a songwriting perspective.  There are 14 songs that range from all out Rock/Alternative style to some fast-paced blues/funk/rock mix and then on to some melodic acoustic songs.  The songs were written by Ben and Joe and and arranged with many hours of jamming with Chris.  They were then recorded in 1996 at Redd Sound Studios using all analog tape.  These song are just fun...

Big Ben and the Bushmen

The Bushmen's last album which is  a collection of songs that continued to show their Blues/Rock feel. The songs were written by Ben and Joe and arranged as a band along with Chris.  It deputed two new songs that experimented into the Metal genre.  It was recorded in 1999 using analog tape and ADAT digital tape.  These sessions were also captured on video.

Big Ben and the Bushmen

The Bushmen's title album originally released on cassette.  This first album started out with a different drummer as well as a keyboard player.  Soon this band jelled into a power trio after a few personnel changes.  The songs were written by Ben, Joe and Mike and then recorded on analog tape in 1993.
